Recruiting Coordinator Ii
Current• Facilitate new hire process from offer acceptance to start date, including but not limited to, processing new hires in the ATS, submitting new hire details to internal partners, ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed, auditing new hire files for completeness, and assisting new hires with electronic onboarding• Manage pipeline of assigned position(s): source, recruit, conduct early-stage interviews, and administer pre-employment assessments; maintain frequent contact with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle• Engage appropriate internal partners to resolve system and new hire issues and remove roadblocks through effective communication, sound judgment, and critical thinking• Manage diversity platform, including monthly outreach efforts to local and regional partners in compliance with AAP/OFCCP• In partnership with HR leadership, help manage the immigration documents to initiate the process of Visa Transfers and sponsorship with outside counsel for new hires• Reconcile and submit relocation reimbursements on behalf of new hires • In partnership with the Recruiting Manager, complete recruiting projects and initiatives to improve and/or maximize the candidate experience • Run and prepare reports on recruiting metrics for the Recruiting team and Senior Leadership. Respond to internal partners request for recruiting data through Cherwell• Serve as lead representative and liaison between Recruiting and external vendors to escalate system issues
