• Plan and regulate the health service for employees and family members as mandated by MB Collective Labor Agreement.• Assist in ISO environment 14001 certification, act as internal auditor to ensure ISO 14001 implementation in MB group.• Carry out risk assessments and aspect impact to environment consider how risks could be reduced refer OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001:2015.• Ensure working practices are safe and comply with legislation.• Ensure the environment and safety initiatives related company process is comply with government regulation.• Maintain, review and improve health services for employees provided by external vendor.• Maintain medical record, analyze health condition and monitor and provide recommendation for employees health. • Supporting HSE audit, risk identification and providing regular updates to management on key HSE performance indicators and execution of measures to close identified HSE gaps.• Facility management including but not limited to canteen management, in-house clinic management, security team management in order to ensure general affair services are well delivered to all employee.

• Manage and provide medical services to employee such as in-house clinic, insurance, etc.• Plan preventive action to maintain health and safety in company.• Act as health coordinate to support employee needs in regards with health and safety matters.• Act as technical resource in matters of health and safety and industrial hygiene.• Respond to all health and safety emergencies involving EHS.• Conduct transfer of EHS knowledge to peers and operators.
