As one of two Digital Agency Project Coordinators, my role is to coordinate and manage teams that provide fulfillment services to Vendasta's partners. I managed a book of business that included 48 partners, some of which had over 300 accounts using our Digital Agency services. My primary goal in this role is to ensure our partners were happy with the services provided by the Digital Agency. On the management side of this role, I oversee 3 captains whom each have a team of three agents. Each team handled specific partners from within my book of business. With each team I work to coordinate and facilitate partner fulfillment work, as well as weekly one on ones, quarterly reviews, 360 reviews, Interviews, performance reviews, and team building exercises. My strengths really show in creating documentation and formulating processes for Digital Agency fulfillment work. Updating and maintaining training materials for new hires as well as new services we offer are an important aspect of this position. These materials often differ between partners, as each partner has their own unique way of handling their business. I work closely with the Director of Digital Agency to execute the bigger picture vision of the department. With a team that has grown so fast, and is continuing to do so, it is important to build a structure that can scale with the growth of the company and the growth of our partners.
