Visual Design Lead for Jobs by CareerBuilder mobile app. Made key user onboarding improvements that directly resulted in a 92% increase in a primary user engagement KPI (resume uploads) from Oct 2016-Dec 2016, which was the highest number of resume uploads for all of 2016.Co-developed experience maps to highlight knowledge gaps and influence product strategy. Used maps to make feature recommendations that were later added to the backlog of the Jobs by CareerBuilder mobile app.Worked closely with researchers to discover user needs and (in)validate concepts via usability and concept testing. Sketched product concepts and produced 2D renderings in support of client consultations with companies such as Seventh Generation and BP.Collaborated on and provided concepts for CCC rebranding.Created custom prints in promotion of the company’s best-selling products. A select few were highlighted on the company website prior to the rebrand from CCC to Altium Packaging.
