• Responsible to make 8 kind of monthly report about product distribution in hospital, ped clinic and pediatric around West Java Region, monitoring stock report, KPI vs Actual Report, etc.• Organize some events for marketing staff with hospital and pediatric such as Hospital Scientific Gathering, Mini RTD, Solution Meet The Expert, etc.• Submit event application to Head Office and make Post Activity Report (PAR) of completed event included Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Minutes of Meeting (MoM), etc.• Responsible to make incentives report of marketing staff.• Manage regional cash

• Responsible to visit the customers based on data from Taspen’s Database• Offer products to the customers especially retirement loan products• Responsible to make a daily report about the visits• Follow up to the hot prospect customers• Filing documents for retirement loan applications• Responsible to make monthly report about the achievement over a month
