Job Description: • Provide tax compliance for corporate clients.• Provide the calculation of corporate income tax return services to corporate and individual clients.• Identify complex tax issues and analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates.• Oversee complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries.• Provide reconciliation and equalization for tax review, tax audit and tax appeal.• Identify tax issues from client’s agreement (e.g. Deed of sale, Rental agreement, Loan agreement & etc.)• Visit clients and tax officers in relation to discuss on going projects.
