Co-founded an artist management agency for independent music artists with a vision to provide a comprehensive launchpad for all things music. We aim to be a one-stop shop for everything music such that our artists' sole focus is on creating and improving their craft. We intend to do this by providing services in the following areas.Artist Management - We are a 360° artist management agency focused on developing strategic partnerships and building teams to cover everything from release strategies, brand partnerships, public relations, live shows & touring and third-party collaborations.Artist Curation - Leveraging our network and relations in the management space, we assist and undertake end-to-end artist programming and curation for festivals, college fests, etc.

Client Servicing - Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to establish project timelines, set task deadlines, facilitate collaboration across departments, and ensure prompt delivery of agreed-upon deliverables.Advertising and Marketing - Creating marketing strategies and Content pieces for films/ OTT Platforms and shows.Talent Management - Managing content creator Hoezayy's brand collaborations, negotiations, campaign tracking, payment management, and content coordination for clients.

As the Head of the Department of Performing Arts at Immaculata, Mumbai's biggest inter-school festival, organised and hosted by St. Mary's School (I.C.S.E)I led a team of 25 members.my responsibilities included:- Establishing a timeline for planning and executing various performing art events.- Allocation of member duties and ensuring smooth execution of the events on days.- Coordinating with 22 school participants and various judges for the performing art events.
