During the Management Traineeship I have worked on 4 different departments on Supervisor level during two year. The departments which were part of this traineeship were: Front Office, Housekeeping, Event Operations and Revenue.

During an event at the hotel I was the contact person for the group. Responsibilities: train/motivate employees, coordinate events, maximize services standards.

As Housekeeping Supervisor I was responsible for several floors in the hotel to check the rooms, motivate employees and train them where needed.

Leading shifts, handle guests complains, train employees, upselling, pre arrival planning.

Together with clients, who organized events at the hotel, worked out all details regarding the event. I was responsible for the communication to all involved departments, pre payments, up selling, group reservations.

For my Internship I have worked on the Event Planning department.During this period I was responsible for communication to all involved department regarding the events which would take place. Also I started with managing small groups and at the end also some larger groups. Furthermore I was responsible for all group reservations.
