About Rianne De Boer - Witman

Sinds februari 2010 werk ik met plezier bij Countus. Door de jaren heen heb ik mij kunnen ontwikkelen tot Senior Jurist en MfN-registermediator. Mijn werkzaamheden bestaan vooral uit advisering in het familierecht (huwelijkse voorwaarden, testamenten) en het opstellen van diverse overeenkomsten, zoals voor samenwerkingen, veelal (agrarische) familiebedrijven. Hier heb ik een voor mij ideale combinatie gevonden, aangezien ik ben opgegroeid op de boerderij en mijn rechtenstudie heb gedaan in notarieel- en bedrijfsrecht.Naast het advieswerk doe ik graag mediations, een andere tak van sport. Hier gaat het veelal om het regelen van de gevolgen van een scheiding, gesprekken over gezins- en familieverhoudingen en over samenwerkingen binnen een (agrarisch) familiebedrijf. Het zijn vaak lastige kwesties.
