I always feel the need to find an approach that gets things done and I am not afraid to pull technical problems and ideas towards me.Seemingly chaotic situations or rough and undiscovered waters is where I thrive. My drive and satisfaction comes from finding a way through these waters, independently or with a team around me, by setting realistic goals and providing a holdfast for a next iteration of improvement. Keeping in touch with different technical and human disciplines gives me the diversity that I need.
