Controlling Projects before and during execution from cost and engineering sides. Ensure each projects are executed with the right amount of manpower, manhours, consumables, and main materials. Create engineering reports after each project completion and ensure documents completion for invoice process. The daily routine includes:- Provide calculations and quotations based on sales inquiries.- Order checking to ensure customer's order's aligned with sales quotations provided.- Order materials and consumables required for project execution including negotiate with each vendor.- Act as an expeditor to ensure each vendor provided their goods on time and as per required spec- Controlling the execution of the projects at workshop by coordinating with Workshop Manager.- Communicate with customer's QC and engineering to support them with any case.- Updating each projects status and timeline progress by daily.- Provide Engineering/Project report after project completion- Controlling document completion including MDR, certificates, etc to support invoicing process

Supervised workshop operation on day to day basis. Plan and Manage all projects prior and during execution with team members of PPIC, Procurement, QC, and Workshop Manager.Developing systems and procedure to achieve highest efficiency and most effective process.

Develop and coach team member of Valve Sales Engineer. Supervised team member in terms of sales and engineering by join visit to customer. Collaborate with internal functions to ensure purchase process is smooth. Develop and supervised engineering repair work for various type of valve of any brand.

Managing account/customer on day to day basis. Prepare quotations, budgetary, and provide engineering solutions to customer by directly discussing the problems both in office and at project site. Controlling customer payments to maintain daily sales outstanding. Create area zoning to visit customer in an effective manner and also create proper planning regarding customer delivery needs to achieve on time arrival.

Supervised workshop operation. Manage and plan all project execution, movement of manpower, tools & Equipment, and controlling outcomes of project to ensure the best service is provided.Coordinate manpower, hours, and margin via SAP for project executions. Lead project executions for activities such as valve leak testing and valve repair until completed. Supervised all workshop activities includes accompany VIP Guests and customers.

Prepare Project Execution Plan both for workshop and field project. Supervise shipment and procurement of equipment, tools, and spare parts of valve for projects. Prepare costing, margin, and bookings prior project execution and record the actual costs.

Analize valve failure by supervised the dissassembly and assembly of valve. Create engineering drawing of valve parts to be reversed engineere. Coordinate valve repair action with technician

Managing supplies and procure what's needed to end user.Asking quotation to vendor, price comparison, controlling GRIR (Goods Receipt & Invoice receipt), and negotiate to vendor to achieve the best price without compromising quality.
