Ria has a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and is trained in Individual and Group Therapy. She has experience working with clients across broad domains such as troubled childhood affecting adulthood, long-term patterns of dysfunction, C-PTSD, chronic illness, depression, anxiety and more.She has also trained in NLP with Vikram Dhar. NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She primarily works with young and mid aged adults. She has the expertise to go to the root of the issue and empower the client with effective tools in therapy. Her practise is trauma-informed and supported by somatic healing.She is also also a Strength and Conditioning Coach, previously associated with Cult.Fit
