The one thing that motivates me the most is having clients who look to me, with confidence, that I will dig deep to find ways to help them solve the most aggravating troubles within their facilities. These challenges are never easy and seldom a quick fix but the rewards of working through to resolution makes for pure joy and lasting professional relationships. The problems could be dealing with the custodial staff being poorly trained, poorly equipped, or merely without the necessary training to efficiently and effective operate the equipment in place. Another issue could deal with a total loss as to how to schedule their cleaning staff against the facility workloads. There may be floor maintenance deficiencies or malodor complaints.
