Since have been working in national and international teams which require above par interpersonal communication skills and tolerance to diversity, and strong team building skills. I have experience leading the team of national and international public health professionals for public health programs. I have experience of developing coordination within UN family and INGOs/NGOs for public health interventions. Since beginning of my career, I have hands on experience on strategic planning, annual development plans, providing technical assistance to district/ provincial govt., capacity building of partners, effective coordination with stake holders, development of micro plans, communication plans, area specific plans and strategic plans. I have worked with Govt. and UN for more than 26 years and has managed the programs efficiently. I also qualified CSS held by Federal Public Service Commission and was allocated OMG Group. My work experience include Coordinator of LHWs Program, Focal Person Nutrition, EPI and Polio Eradication, Master trainer of all PHC Programs, Focal Person for preventive programs like TB DOTS, Malaria, TB DOTS, HIV AIDs, Hepatitis, WASH etc I have been working with govt. closely for last 10 years for polio eradication. Polio eradication activities provided me chance to work with all govt. departments, create very close partnership with govt., NGOs (National and International) and UN Agencies to deliver collectively for the common cause. My responsibilities included capacity building of the partners/ Stake holders, regular meetings and feedback mechanism, data collection and analysis, sharing reports etc with partners/ stake holders, technical assistance to health department on health related issues specially in MNCH, technical assistance to govt. in days of natural calamities like rain and flood emergencies
