Duties/Responsibilities:1.Follow up production,Quality,Audit & Shipment.2.Report to the Concern merchandiser and Customer on a daily basis.3.Perform quality control and inspection activities for inline to final production in factories of your assigned region in the Bangladesh.4.Assist factories on how to improve quality and production problems in facilitate on time delivery of goods.5.Sample developing.

Job Responsibilities➤Should be able to formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOP in the factory.➤Effectively interact with merchandising team and keep records all the instructions from merchandising team.➤Co-ordinate between production management team Compliance, Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product qualityensuring that targets are achieved.➤Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production.➤Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.➤Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.➤To conduct a pre-production meeting➤Doing In-line inspection to check the quality.➤Follow up Pre- Final inspection➤To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP➤Lead all quality staff and GPQ➤Ultimately ensure final product quality.➤Time to time other duties assigned by management.
