With a portfolio of over 3,600 units under management and development valued at ~$750M, we have achieved both goals – returns for our LPs, as well as accessibly-priced housing for the communities we serve, and we are just getting started. For our residents, we build transit-oriented, high-quality apartments at an affordable price point. For our investors, we provide the opportunity for high, risk-adjusted returns and cash flow in real estate. Our team is obsessive about costs and design, which helps us generate meaningful returns while designing beautiful homes. Our new Distressed Value-Add Fund, launched in February 2024, will replicate our model across California and the West, building on our successful value-add track record – 2.3x net Equity Multiple and 20.4% net IRR in our previous value-add fund. Today, thanks to the exceptional team at Riaz Capital, I have the luxury of doing what I do best – talking to customers, analyzing designs, assessing acquisitions, and unearthing new sites.
