As CEO, I oversee operations and growth by developing and executing our short and long-term goals. I see my core role as identifying new opportunities and growing the team. Nothing makes me happier than developing buildings and helping people fulfill the potential they did not see for themselves.

A diverse community offering 100+ offices, studios, and other spaces catering to the needs of artists, entrepreneurs, and small creative businesses ranging from design, film, and photography to web, publishing, commercial kitchens, and beyond.

When I graduated from college, my initial mandate within our family business was to convert non-income-producing real estate assets into income-producing real estate assets. This initial mandate soon expanded to creating luxury spec homes, which I designed, developed, built, and sold. These early years proved to be the foundation of skills, relationships, and principles central to what we do today at Riaz Capital. The second phase of my work was navigating our family portfolio through the 2008 Financial Crisis. Since that time, I have always taken a low-leverage approach to real estate development and portfolio management. Those years also taught me that the way you manage your portfolio through a crisis will define its trajectory. I grew our family portfolio from 80 units to 400 units in the three years after the 2008 crisis. Today, my primary responsibility remains looking after, caring for, and growing the assets of our family, which is spread across four generations.

Riaz Design-Build was a fully integrated design and project management firm specializing in designing and implementing ultra-luxury homes and residences throughout the Bay Area. We brought a distinctive touch and a high level of execution to each of our ~100 projects. From ground-up construction to interior renovation of some of San Francisco’s most prestigious residences, our integrated model allowed us to deliver thoughtfully designed, beautifully executed projects.
