Worked as a tech lead on a substantial project in Santander Bank, developing a pricing management system for one of its child companies, Getnet.My role was to lead a team of 4 developers (including DBA, back-end, and front-end engineers) to develop a web app to create and update prices for the company's digital products. I also acted as a front-end engineer.Main Achievements:• Entered the project in March with no technology stack defined and no code written yet. I validated the business rules and design with the client and coordinated the development of the whole application in under 4 months.• Defined the data model with DBA from scratch.• Our application went through a severe QA test with almost 600 scenarios and very few bugs were detected.

Maclor is a real estate company that is developing a real estate ERP. I built this SaaS from scratch along with a fellow developer and a designer. It is a receivables control aimed to be sold to small businesses.This project was idealized and designed by me, so I had to come up with the software architecture, design, the technologies used, organize workflow, and lead the team.As for the software development, I was mainly responsible for the front-end, using React and Next.js. Lisko is an importer and technology product distributor, selling to both retailers and directly through marketplaces by e-commerce. I was its CEO and founder, as such I had to develop all the company's processes and supply chains, hire and lead teams as well as control results, and adjust its strategy.Main Achievements:• Going from one store to a chain of seven in two states in the course of four years.• Getting the company to increase the number of orders delivered by tenfold, going from 400 a month in 2018 to over 4.000 in 2022.

Multitoc is one of the biggest cable and telecom factories in Brazil, with more than 30 years in the market and a leader in many of its activity fields.My role there was as an international business manager, responsible for negotiating with foreign agents, developing new suppliers and clients, and overseeing thousands of importation processes.Main achievements:• Traveled to China more than ten times to renegotiate purchase contracts and also prospect new suppliers.• My development of results reports kicked up the controlling department in the company, which largely increased the efficiency in sales and pricing.

Telis is a chain of stores in Sao Paulo - Brazil, acting mainly in technology and telecom products.I was the logistics manager of the group, having to hire teams and develop processes to optimize its results.Main achievements:• Built, along with the ERP software developers, a new system to manage the product exchange between stores, which greatly increased accuracy in stock control.• Founded the company's importation department.

Entered as a Marketing intern but developed a control system for the company's stock based on bar code reading and FIFO concepts which eventually led me to a logistics manager position.
