Erika Louise Branco Ribeiro is a PhD candidate in Education (study field: Didactics and Curriculum Development) at the University of Aveiro - Portugal. She holds a master's degree in Education and Professional Training (study field: Didactics and Educational Technology in Science and Mathematics) at the University of Aveiro with a project about Education for Sustainable Development and creativity with primary school students. Currently, she has a doctoral grant from the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) to develop research on STEAM Education and the development of creative thinking in the initial training of primary school teachers. Her areas of interest are: science education; creativity; teacher education; active learning methodologies. As hobbies, she enjoys life dancing, panting, eating great food and sharing smiles with people.
