I'm passionate about turning data into valuable insights 💡❯ I completed high school in Colégio Pedro II, winning medals in math, robotics, and drone championships. During this period, not only did I develop my logical thinking, but I fell in love with the area of engineering and innovation;❯ I study Industrial Engineering at UFF, where I had the opportunity to work at Meta Consultoria in the positions of Project Manager and Commercial Area Consultant. Besides having my first professional experience, the participation in a Jr. Company expanded my vision and made me develop key skills for the job market like leadership and communication;❯ I worked as a project management intern at Radix Engenharia e Software, acting in the PMO with focus on Business Intelligence. During this period I was able to build dashboards to monitor operational and commercial performance, assist in the leadership of the PMO team and provide knowledge and critical analysis for senior management decision making;❯ I worked for almost 2 years for L'Oréal Luxe Supply Chain, with focus on process optimization and cost savings. In Brazil, I had the opportunity to led the E&O Program and drive the strategy on the sales forecast of Lancôme Skincare. After that, I worked for 6 months on France Headquarters with focus on the Global Service Rate and developing a project for the digitalization of the Coffrets Supply Chain;❯ Nowadays, I'm part of the Luxe Business Intelligence Team of L'Oréal Brazil.
