Our primary objective is to enhance business functionality and success. In my role, I assist our clients in identifying the root causes of their issues and presenting comprehensive and detailed solutions. This position allows me to be involved in the entire transformation process. I conduct assessments with companies to diagnose problems, develop solution proposals, and, once these proposals are accepted, lead the initiatives to ensure adherence to best practices, thereby increasing the likelihood of success. Throughout my tenure, I have gained extensive experience in product management and development, which has been instrumental in driving successful transformations.
