Responsible for automation projects and implementation of the new Alinity laboratory diagnostic technology for Latin America. Organize, prioritize teams among projects and demands to ensure that the customer is prepared with all the infrastructure for installation as well as the adequacy of technology with systemic integrations, scientific validations, training and post go-live support.

Responsible for planning and executing projects in Brazil to implement the new Alinity laboratory diagnostic technology. A planning and execution position with the responsibility of connect teams and customers to generate the plan, monitor, control, execute and take corrective actions where needed. Responsible for managing projects (systems implementation and upgrades, cost reduction, strategic initiatives) using methodologies such as PMI and Lean Six Sigma. Promote the consolidation and analysis of data aiming processes improvements and culture change to a continuous improvement in the organization.

Serves as direct liaison to functional process owners to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned area project and maintenance work. Enable high performance teams to carry on projects with focus on process and IT standardization, optimizing costs and leveraging customer satisfaction. Assure executive board alignment with region strategic initiatives and business operations harmonization.
