Here are the actions undertaken:• Development of the "Card" section on the website and mobile application, featuring functionalities such as "Order," "Freeze," "View details," "Replace card"...• Optimization of user experience and design of this section, based on user feedback and current design trends.• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure compliance of design, functionalities, translations, transactions, and notifications, incorporating user feedback.• Management of backlog and user stories to create, categorize, and prioritize tickets based on their importance and urgency.• Daily communication with stakeholders, including developers, UX designers, technical project managers, legal team, QA, to ensure a common understanding of objectives and priorities.• Complete translation of screens with Belgian teams to make the application accessible to French and Dutch users.• Tracking the roadmap for upcoming features.> The management, modification, and creation of savings accounts in Malta, Belgium, and the Netherlands involve the following actions:• Regular update of rates, deletion of certain savings accounts, creation of new offers, and adaptation to regulations from the Authorities of Financial Services and Markets.• Creation of the "Essential Savings" for the Belgian market, including defining needs, creating the application form, developing interfaces (desktop and mobile application), validation with financial services authorities, user testing, and production deployment in collaboration with stakeholders.> Use of Figma to analyze user interactions in the "Daily Banking Services" sections of both the website and mobile app. The main aim was to enhance user experience by streamlining actions and reducing clicks. This effort was led by our dedicated user experience team.
