Consulting services in UX Writing for Dell Technologies, including:- Developing strategy and microcopy for Dell's internal tools and platforms- Creating and reviewing instructional content for the Dell Design System.

During my time at KMV (formerly known as abastece-aí, a gas refueling app), I was part of the UX team and contributed to the search for improvements in many journeys within the app. Even though I'm mostly focused on communication practices, I was able to assist in other areas such as discovery, research, and information architecture. I also collaborated with various departments within the company, such as CX and Legal.Some of the projects I worked on include:- Redesign of the core journey for earning and redeeming Pontos KMV- Presentation of the UX Writing discipline and comparison with other communication areas- Guide to best practices in communication focused on user experience- Documentation and redefinition of error messages in the refueling flow- Adaptation of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to simple and accessible language- Journey for purchasing Rock in Rio tickets within the app- User interviews to investigate churn motivators.

I went through various consultancy projects within the company. Notably, I assisted in revamping Dell Technologies' internal finance platform by transforming technical English into a more accessible language, benefiting the company's employees.Additionally, I contributed to internal projects for Stefanini, Junta Comercial, and Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais, involving:- Optimizing user journeys through usability and content strategies- Creating and documenting UX Writing guides for clients and designers, outlining best practices- Producing microcopy- Constructing interfaces for specific scenarios.

As the first and only UX Writer in the design team, I had the opportunity to establish the foundation of the discipline within all the squads. While collaborating with Ops to create content guidelines and microcopy processes in the product design pipeline, I contributed to various projects, including:- Updating the "Central do Assinante" feature- Field research in Goiás to understand user profiles- Implementing an atomic research repository for the design team- Building the first WhatsApp chatbot for user support.Other activities included:- Developing microcopy for the entire product journey, adapting language and tone of voice according to target audiences (truck drivers and logistics companies)- Close collaboration with designers and researchers to explore solutions- Conducting discoveries and tests with the team- Sharing knowledge through workshops.

I was the first UX person to work at the company, and my work, always in English, also covered research, CX, and marketing. My main projects included:- Establishing the brand's tone of voice and style guide for UX and Marketing- Revamping the Help Center, including article writing, tutorial recordings, etc.- Implementation of the Lokalise tool (content localization)- Creation of an atomic research repository.Additionally, I also worked on:- Creating microcopy throughout the product journey- Localization for Brazilian Portuguese- Developing communication flows such as onboarding, new features, etc.- Creating content for release notes, transactional emails, surveys, and others- Building customer service chatbots- Facilitating collaborative sessions involving all company teams- Creating product personas- Interviews and feedback sessions with partners- Creating and adjusting interfaces.

This was my first experience working exclusively with UX. I collaborated alongside the global UX Writing team and gained knowledge about UX as a whole. The main projects I participated in include:- Creation of a gym check-in prototype using facial recognition- Development of a technical documentation page for developers- Collaborative session to establish the product's tone of voice for enterprises.Within the gym-focused tribe, I conducted a range of activities, including:- Strategic studies and creation of microcopy and information hierarchy- Localization of prototypes into English- Maintaining narrative consistency throughout the user journey- Supporting various squads and contributing on usability decisions- Reviewing transactional and product marketing emails- Conducting discoveries, tests, validations, and copy-focused activities- Supporting the UX Research team on usability tests, scripts, interviews, and surveys- Aligning the tone of voice with the CX and marketing teams.

My primary role within the company was in digital marketing, where I was the second team member in a previously non-existent team. Although my main focus was on digital marketing, I also had my initial exposure to UX-related tasks. The most relevant project I participated in was the re-launch of the brand's e-commerce in Brazil. In it, I helped with:- Building FAQs- Creating a naming guide and product hierarchy- Writing texts for transactional and customer service emails- Developing scripts for SAC 2.0.Beyond routine social media tasks like strategy, content production, curation, monitoring, and handling image crises, I was responsible for:- Establishing and maintaining the brand's tone of voice on digital platforms- Producing a social media best practices guide for employees- Identifying opportunities for viral social media campaigns.

- Managing the company's social media (Facebook and Twitter)- Creating SEO-optimized content (blogs, infographics, hotsites, and email marketing campaigns) to increase organic website traffic, particularly during Black Friday.

- Strategic planning of the company's social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+)- Monitoring and analysis of brand mentions to identify potential image crises and interaction opportunities- Creation of organic and sponsored content (FB Ads)- Development of monitoring and engagement reports- Quality testing on the e-commerce platform (I was awarded as the person who found the most bugs and usability issues)- Scheduling and managing e-commerce banners, analyzing and generating performance reports.

- Conducting research across various media, courts, and corporate information sources, both national and international, to prepare anti-money laundering reports for the compliance team- Various office activities (issuing invoices, sending faxes, printing and copying documents, among others).
