Sap Project Manager
Project management from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, risk management, KPIs, resource allocation based on necessary skills, project progress with the client, execution, and delivery.Completed projects include Technical Notes (NTs), MRP training project, integration projects such as SAP x SALESFORCE, SAP x OBC, subcontracting, SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA conversion project to modules MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, PS, IM, FI CO, WM, EWM.I manage integrations using the SAP PI integration platform, WEVO and KAFKA.Preparation and presentation of standard documentation, from kickoff, status report, go-no-go, and other activities focusing on customer satisfaction, with periodic contact and following company and customer policies.With technical validation, complete change request processes, from estimation, budgeting, approval, and execution by resources, monitoring execution until final delivery to the customer, with standard processes.Preparation and scheduling, customer contact, partners, and third parties, organization and monitoring of activities, ensuring compliance with stages, taking relevant consultancy actions, and mediating other actions.Application of SAP methodology, following internal project office guidelines, with validation of executed activities, met delivery metrics, results reporting, and assessment of improvement opportunities.Continuous improvement evaluation, responsible for identifying gaps in both ongoing projects and the company's internal process.AMS management, client contact, demand distribution according to available resources.Resource allocation for ongoing projects and/or calls, distribution, and monitoring of activity execution according to project skills and needs.Measurement, calculation, treatment, and presentation of indicators, identifying points of attention, and defining action plans for treatment.Utilization of MS Project and Gantic tools for management and Office tools.
