Seasoned, exec level IT professional with over 18 years of experience in support, service delivery, strategy and technical transformation in a number of industries including Services, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Sales. Implemented transformation in a multitude of platforms and technologies with a strong focus in business platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Salesforce CRM and hardware infrastructure solutions both physical and cloud. Trained and developed through apprenticeship schemes at the start of my career and developed a strong aptitude in both technical and people skills. My ability to address technical needs in business whilst being able to communicate appropriately at all levels allowed me to develop and build higher degrees of responsibility as my career progressed, eventually moving into a management level position and then later reporting directly to board level.I find that I get the biggest enjoyment from working with, building technical teams, and assisting individuals to help them realise their own aspirations and potential. The focus on the team and the individuals creates and enables transformation to happen and to help the business meet its key objectives. Through my last three positions at Lawrence David, Fogarty and Utility Bidder I've been fortunate to have the opportunities and success in the build of these teams which also incorporate contract staff as well onshore and offshore third-party development teams. The requirement of the team build is shaped by multiple factors around business requirements whilst always looking to balance the need, costs and associated risks.
