I am a litigator and trial attorney practicing at the intersection of international trade and intellectual property. Since 2006, I have represented complainants, respondents, and third parties in over 50 Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), as well as related matters before U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Court of International Trade.I have litigated cases involving a wide range of technologies across numerous industries, including consumer electronics, medical devices, semiconductors, printers and ink cartridges, batteries, and automotive products. I have extensive experience managing diverse teams of lawyers and legal staff through all phases of complex IP litigation, from pre-suit diligence, fact and expert discovery, trial practice, and review. I regularly counsel clients on settlement strategy.I also maintain an active pro bono practice focused on housing issues. I am a long-time volunteer and coordinator for the D.C. Bar's Landlord Tenant Resource Center.
