As a team manager in this medium-size company, I was responsible for all the dev/hml/prod departments, from the architecture to the development. Using a stack of Zabbix, Nagios, network and database monitors plus a set of automation scripts triggered by events. Load balancing and high availability using MySQL, Apache, Heartbeat, and Samba. Balancing databases in the range of 400,000 tables, with about 8 terabytes of data, using DRBD and NBD replication, and related structures with black holes, focusing on lock time reduction on the master server. Contingency plans and infrastructure replication. Project using BigData with market tools and others developed by the company. Projects using Hadoop and TokuDB in order to speed up the processing of textual search tools, such as the Sphynx. Coordinating the development of the new DW focused on cleaning data, standardization, cut costs and summarization. After the system implementation, over 98% of the data began to be inferred by analyzing the content itself, even though it had low quality.

A non-governmental organization created with the aim of forming a low-cost graduation in information technology, fully focused on the job market. Each semester would be divided into 3 or 4 certifications. At least 2 foreign languages would be offered at an advanced level and several soft skills consulting classes.
