For the last ten years, I've been all over the place with recruitment - from São Paulo and many other spots in Latin America, through Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and right into the heart of the US tech scene. This global perspective shaped how I lead teams on how to identify and close great people.I think that my work life is similar to my passion for kitesurfing. Every new job's been this awesome blast of wind, sending me flying into cool new spots. I've done some wild stuff, like helping to build teams for Uber when they were starting in LatAm and then its new businesses in EMEA, challenging the status quo in Fintech hiring at Nubank before the IPO, and diving into health-tech and the new GLP-1's with Noom. It's been one wild ride after another.Now, I'm super pumped about intersection of AI, content, communities and remote offshoring as It's changing the game in how the next generation of companies are finding and keeping amazing talent.
