Ricard has a diverse background and extensive experience. He has worked with more than 50 organisations, in more than 20 countries. As an entrepreneur, his main focus is facilitating the development of an entrepreneurial mindset in education professionals. Ricard is passionate about the impact that the power of choice, awareness, and regulation have on people's growth, lifelong learning, and on the creation of a well-rounded life, at all ages. Before founding Edunexis, Ricard co-founded Kairos Management, a global organization providing solutions and services to MNCs to continuously improve their processes, products or services, and employees' skills.
