    • When designing the medium- and long-term strategy, I identified that a fundamental pillar for business growth would be distribution. I mapped the entire market and contacted several companies to choose the best partner. So, I started a long negotiation with Heineken until closing the partnership, which started in 2021.• After a long analysis, I led a company redesign: two factories were closed and I promoted the prioritization of the most profitable channels and SKUs. Due to the good handling of the process, 80% of employees were relocated in six months and I had a significant increase in the bottom-line.• Responsible for transforming the company: great increase in profitability, organizational reformulation, and great focus on Compliance: Defined a new Compliance program and monthly follow-up meetings. Set up a new Steering Committee in which working together and transparency were essential. Created a new Organizational Culture in which “ownership” was the main focus.

Aumentei a diferenciação dos produtos frente à concorrência e, com isso, conquistei 7pp de market share, mesmo com preço próximo do dobro da concorrência.• Tirei uma marca de baixo desempenho do mercado espanhol e lancei uma nova que explorava seus principais atributos ao máximo. Com um mix totalmente inovador e uma fórmula diferenciada, lancei a marca Daníssimo. Quando comparado com a marca extinta, o volume de Daníssimo era quatro vezes maior e sua margem era 600 bps melhor que a do anterior.
