Some of the most relevant projects performed:- Development of a Finance Transformation in two of the largest Banks in Portugal, having not only diagnosed and evaluated the as-is Banks’ finance processes but also designed the future Financial Function Target Operating Model (TOM) as well as optimized the Finance IT Architecture (mainly focused on the Strategic Planning & Control and Accounting Departments);- Business support on Digital Transformation in two major Portuguese Banks based on technological solution development in OutSystems;- Implementation assistance on the new PDS2 Transformation Plan in a Portuguese Bank to ensure total compliance with this recent European Payments Directive;- Development of a Benchmarking about the European Payments Industry for an International Bank;- Implementation of a Business Continuity Plan for a Financial Institution;
