I am admitted to practice law by the New York State Bar and by the Bar of the City of Buenos Aires. Several specialized publications ranked me among the top lawyers in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets, including Chambers, International Financial Law Review (IFLR), Who’s Who Legal and PLC Which Lawyer.
