During his time with the team, he successfully executed recruiting and contract negotiations and complex multi-player trades that brought the league to new levels of competition. He also achieved six-figure annual savings each year by successfully managing a $7M financial plan and building efficient processes. During his tenure with NYRB, he was part of the leadership team that built Red Bull Arena, and Red Bull Training Facility and acquired record-breaking players Thierry Henry, Rafa Marquez, and Bradley Wright-Phillips.
