I'm a dedicated and results-driven HR professional. My journey tough hasn't start there, let's take a look at it: the passion for understanding the complexity of International Relations made me choose the area as my bachelor and those studies gave me the chance to be an intern at Casa de Macao Foundation in Lisbon and there I've done a research project on Belt and Road Initiative/ China-Pakistan Relations; which results I presented at in a lecture I gave at University of Aveiro in northern Portugal; afterwards I decided to follow a career in HR managament in particular as a recruiter and to that, somehow, plot-twist, counted the marking humanitarian experience of working with refugees in southern Italy during the academic year of 2021/2022. I understood how we can use economy and its assets to promote global development and above all human development by integrating people in meaningful jobs in the EU that can change their course of life and their children's life. How impactful can international relations and recruitment be, so let's use them to create a better world!
