Hello, I'm Ricardo! A bit of an artist, a bit of an engineer, and a bit diplomatic, I'm currently a Product Manager at Reclame Aqui and have been working with digital products for 9 years.Today, RA is the fifth most visited Brazilian website, with over 20 million accesses by unique users per month. There I lead three teams: two comprised of people in technology, product, and design, and another formed by people in Growth, Product Marketing, CRM, CX, and CS. I also have direct involvement with institutional actions related to the products under my purview and with areas such as Finance, HR, and Sales.My main goals at RA are focused on developing products for small and medium-sized businesses, distributed on a large scale in a Product Led Growth (PLG) model. I am also responsible for products that ensure the transparency and integrity of companies for the more than 20 million consumers who visit RA monthly.Additionally, I was one of the first Product people at Letrus, awarded by UNESCO as the best educational technology in the world, where I developed for 6 years products based on NLP, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning for basic education, in disruptive distribution models for its market.I think of product in a holistic way and with an essentialist approach, from conception to go-to-market. I am guided by data-driven approaches, indicators, and proximity to users. My teams and I always keep in mind the problems we are solving and how to track the progress of our experiments.I believe in inclusive organizations that value diversity, personal development, collaboration, and result delivery.
