Tuniverse LLC is the parent company of restaurant brands "La Milagrosa" and "Fasfu". These brands position their advertisement around the image of Juanpa Zurita and Luisito Comunica, two of the largest influencers in Spanish speaking countries.I was responsible for daily treasury activities such as bookkeeping, settlements and communication with restaurant operators, providers and other clients. Beside daily operations, I introduced and developed relevant financial documents such as cash flow and Income statements that provided transparency for shareholders and potential buyers. Aiming to leverage the influencers' brand, I developed financial forecasts intended to identify royalty percentages that would turn a profit on the Income statements. This allowed the brands to hold expansion negotiations with several delivery platforms that would increase sales and profits. Finally, I led investor meetings where financial results were discussed. In addition to giving out quarterly information, I provided financial opinions and advise regarding income diversification, debt payment plans and other strategies that would benefit Tuniverse and its brands' sustainability and profit growth over time.

Leading a team of students passionate about Fintech. Supervising and managing the development of different projects that stretch from crypto to content creation. My greatest effort was a shift in approach from mainstream fintech towards web3 trends. Projects managed: Crypto & Web3: Organize and structure a roadmap for students to learn about the ecosystem to eventually develop blockchain related projects.Applied project: Help Tyba, a wealthtech startup to develop a new crypto oriented product for clients in South America.Content creation: Focused on spreading awareness on the Fintech mainly by: - Hosting speakers to discuss trends, perspectives and the future of payment systems, blockchain, Web3, entrepeneurship, capital raising and regulations. - Recording podcasts hosting top tier executives in the Fintech ecosystem. Topics discussed stretched from Crowdfunding for green energies, proptechs disrupting real estate markets and the advantages of neobanks over traditional financial institutions. - Editing and advising student articles to develop, expand and engage the Fintech community. Quiu: Understand the difficulties, processes and experiences of Fintech entrepreneurs to develop a startup culture at the University.Fintech Law: In alliance with the Financial Law division at the club. Aiding in the understanding of regulatory compliance in the Colombian Fintech ecosystem was the main effort.

Contributed directly in two projects, the "applied skills" and the "articles and seminars" projects. Supported the development of credit risk models for an agricultural crowdfunding Fintech to improve their credit rationing and facilitate growth.Supported the area's main objective, spread knowledge regarding the scope and potential of financial technologies nowadays to the general public.
