Worked alongside field reimbursement and sales teams, as well as neurologists and infusion centers to organize and pull patients from prescription to procedure over large territories. Expert in Medicare part B & D, Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy procurement, benefit verification, copay management, billing and coding troubleshooting, and overall process management. Also led classes in benefit verifications for Annual Reverification season, and presented several topics to our clients in both group settings and small panel settings.

Analyzed Medicare part B RA's for payment or rejections, troubleshot any rejections or denials to be resubmitted, and reconciled missing payments over 4 years of backlog to the tune of $1.4M. Created and maintained financial spreadsheets for management review, and assisted in interviewing and onboarding pharmacists and technicians for the Atrium Health Pharmacies.

Aside from the standard filling of prescriptions and customer service, I also served as one of 2 technicians that helped those new to Medicare Part D navigate the medicare.gov website and choose Part D plans and see if they qualified for extra help. This was an indigent clinic with majority uninsured/underinsured community, and so we also assisted with the filling out of necessary forms to be part of the manufacturer's copay and free drug programs, sending patient forms to their doctors to reconcile all as one package to the appropriate program
