- Direct and manage day to day facility operations for indoor sports complex, including budget administration, development of promotional and advertising programs and materials, and liaising between clients and facility management.- Full cycle management of recruiting efforts, on-boarding and training of new employees; create and delegate weekly staff schedules, and facilitate on-going training programs.- Develop and execute revenue generating marketing programs and events, including community sponsorship in local schools, hosting corporate events, and sports programs and training opportunities for adults, youth, individual and group sessions.- Develop quarterly forecast for building and program expenses.- Represent facility as primary customer contact to resolve issues, manage complaints and find mutually beneficial solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and minimize potential legal action.
