• I was the responsible to give training and support to the users about the company’s own platforms.

• I was on charge to give support to the customers and attend the issues reported in an internal tool, the tool is the graphic interface of Media Bin. I have some interaction with the tool Adobe Asset Management to.
• Media Bin is a repository tool where we can administer and manage all the assets.
• I managed all kind of assets: videos, images, documents, interactive demos, etc, and I send to publish it.
• Other of my activities were to create reports, some of them were to know how many assets were created and uploaded on certain time, to know how many assets exist in each category. For these reports I use SQL Server to.
• I have had the opportunity to manage some projects for example to migrate assets, update metadata and bulk uploads in the system.
• I attended some requests via tickets with the ITIL best practices.

• Technical validation of graphics drivers, I had the responsibility to execute manual tests and found problems, corruptions and any issue that could affect the quality of graphic driver.Achievements:
• 100% of efficiency in graphics drivers testing on a new platform and I acquired additional awareness. All the information and knowledge was transferred to rest of testers.
• I proposed to automate the test assignment to increase the efficiency on 60%.
