I worked as Administrative Assistant from 2002 to 2004 where I took care of the following activities: Recruiting, controlling the electronic clock, managing the policy of termination with trade union, running the accounts payments and invoices, controlling the cash flow, operating the payments via Internet, issuing invoices.In 2004 I was seeking for new experiences and started working as Human Resources Assistant. My role included the following tasks: control of wages, control of electronic point, benefits & holidays, check the payroll, be responsible for the admissions and dismissals, FGTS, INSS, represent the company in Labour Court. I also was responsible for the training of the new employees, the quality control of ISO 9001 and was president of CIPA in 2006. In 2007, I moved to Dublin to study English, to learn new experiences and new cultures. There, I worked as Sales Manager where I was supervising the supermarket in general which means managing the organization, the cleanliness, the store shelves, the team & the customer service.With the experience gained over the years I would expect a new opportunity in an organization where I can improve my knowledge and achieve new goals.
