I have over twenty six years’ experience working in Australia, where I have gained knowledge in the delivery of services and products through the management and support of Corporate Services and Systems for the Commonwealth of Australia. My background includes experience in the management of projects, business systems and personnel. More recently I have had responsibility for the management of complex projects along with relationship management. I have worked for several Commonwealth Departments and have managed large multidisciplinary teams. In order to clearly and concisely communicate and negotiate with external service providers, managers and customers, I have developed strong oral and written communication skills. Since 1999 I have served as a Captain in the Australian Army Reserve. During my military career I have served with the 19th Chief Engineer Works in the capacity of Information Security Systems Officer, where I was responsible for the security, management and documentation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) assets; at the 1st Intelligence Battalion with the responsibility for the setup of deployable LANs at the SECRET level; in Defence Force Recruitment as a Defence Interviewer; at the 21st and 22nd Construction Regiments, managing ICT assets and assisting with communication and training; Headquarters 4th Brigade in the capacity of workforce analyst; I am currently posted with the Defence Force Recruitment, Canberra as a Defence Interviewer.
