• Responsible for financial advisory project for a Portuguese Utilities Sector Company, which comprises: - Analysis and preparation of Company’s Reporting Package for Regulatory purposes as for a historical and forecast presentation, including financial modelling, discussion and assistance on supporting the main assumptions; - Preparation of the Company’s Business Plan for Moody’s reporting purposes, including financial modelling, discussion and assistance on supporting the main assumptions; - Providing assistance in the preparation of the annual Business Plan and Historical Performance for stakeholders; - Liquidity and Cash Management; and - Maintain in-depth relations with members of the Management and Financial Teams; • Performed Independent Valuations in several industries including Utilities, Healthcare, Tourism, Accounting and Consulting, Entertainment and Infrastructures; • Performed Impairment testing and Fair Value analysis for Audit support in several industries; • Performed Independent Business Review (IBR), as a support of financial and debt restructuring, as well for strategic and restructuring options analysis, its financial impacts for the stakeholders.

• Executed daily fieldwork activities of engagements, including training, supervision, and delegation of tasks to other team members as well as client interface;• Conducted audits to comply with GAAP requirements, namely IAS and SNC, in various industries including healthcare, tourism and consulting firms;• Prepared and assessed internal control procedures;• Prepared financial statements, including required disclosures to ensure that they are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and other regulatory requirements;• Responsible for client management reports associated with accounting and internal controls issues identified during audit procedures.
