- Solid experience in systems, acquired in national and multinational companies in the technology segment (Bull), services (EDS and Andersen Consulting) and financial (BMD Bank, GM Bank, Mercedes-Benz Bank and Daimler Truck Financial Services).- Over 20 years’ experience in managing and leading large teams (about 40 people) in the area of systems development and managing external vendors.- Experience in developing new systems for the Financial Area through the needs assessment with users and with excellent knowledge of market solutions. - Participation in numerous projects in the Banking / Financial, to provide knowledge in products and processes in this segment, such as, Billing, Credit, Treasury, Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Controlling, Products and Formalization – CDC, Finame, Leasing, Floorplan and Purchase Receivables.- Experience using project management methodologies and System Life Cycle (UML, XP and others).- Participation in many projects, such as Data Administrator, assisting in the modeling and optimization of operational processes and structure database.- Good experience in managing, updating, developing and distributing information systems to management departments. - I have assumed management of BMB IT Department, as a Manager Systems Development on August 1, 2012, after 7 years working as Consultant in Project Management and another 7 years as Project Coordinator Systems, managing the department with about 40 people, including employees and contractors.- Large experience on the implementation of Daimler global and regional projects (SAP, Case 360, CRC, DTO).- I have assumed the responsibility as Chief Information Officer for Banco Mercedes-Benz do Brasil at May 1, 2014.- In July 2016, I took on the additional responsibility of creating the Digital Transformation Office at Banco Mercedes-Benz do Brasil, where I was responsible for driving innovative business solutions and thinking outside the box to implement new technologies and innovations.- On April 2017, I moved to the US to take up a new position in the HQ of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in Michigan, responsible for the IT B2C & B2D Truck domain. Joined the DSC - Digital Solution Center, supporting the truck strategy, including imp0lementetion of SAFe methodology to the team.- On January of 2019, I also became responsible for developing the IT strategy for the Salesforce platform for the entire Americas region.- Starting Dec 1, 2021 as DTFS IT Sales, Insurance & Digital Channels, which includes B2C & B2D, Sales, Insurance, Telematics and Salesforce Platform.
