I created and standardized production plan formats for several assembly lines reducing the inventory of finish goods and WIP on a 50% for FORD and GM platforms. I was in charge of scheduling of 8 lines of SMT, 6 sub assembly lines and 18 final cells.

Receipt of client’s orders, production schedules for AAM North plant, I improved the inventory control keeping at the minimum and supervisor of the shipping area, handling 6 production lines for Chrysler Saltillo & Toledo, GM Brazil & Thailand and AAM Brazil & Thailand.

I established & standardized the workflow for client’s orders receipt, scheduling, weekly shipments & inventory control for AAM’s service parts achieving the annual sales’ goal in less than 6 months.
