I accompany organizations on their path to sustainability, offering the development of strategiesfor the implementation of circularity in their processes, assessment of legal requirements, audit, and environmental due diligence. Also accompanied the implementation of professionaltraining, management, and reduction of legal, social, passive, and environmental risks.I work as a consultant with three companies with national and international scopes dedicated tothe provision of services in the areas of organizational culture, engineering projects, andenvironmental studies.

- Definition and implementation of strategies in the areas of environmental management, occupational health and safety, and social and institutional relationships. - Direct communication with regional leaders of the Ministries of the Environmental, Health, Agriculture and Lands, Armed Forces, Governors, Mayors, and their dependencies with impact on the organization. ACHIEVEMENTS:- Implementing immunization programs for 90% on the workforce at low cost, through institutional relations. - Implement an occupational health and safety program with positive results under ISO 45.001:2018, about 60% of industrial and forest operations.- Maintain business continuity through industrial forest residue management, ensuring positive environmental impacts and compliance with legislation. - Certification of the Integral Security, Safety, and Environment Management System (SISEINOP) for maritime facilities in Punta de Piedra Port Terminal year 2.020 - 2.022, under the OMI ISPS 2.002 standard.

Líder de unidad con responsabilidad en el diseño, implementación y monitoreo de estrategias asociados a la gestión ambiental, seguridad y salud ocupacional, con reporte directo a la gerencia general de la organización y soporte al negocio. Responsable de identiifcar y coordinar acciones para reducir las brechas existentes entre los requerimientos legales, los compromisos suscritos y la realidad de las operaciones industriales, forestales y de la cadena de suministro de la organización.Responsable de los procesos de:- Implementación del programa de orden y limpieza en el 60% de la organización, con resultados de adecuación sobre el 99% de los desechos peligrosos generados en la empresa, incorporando la variable de educación ambiental y S&SO con más de 4.800 horas de formación acumuladas en 2.021 y 2.799 horas al cierre del 1er semestre del 2.021. - Implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional sobre la gestión de áreas estratégicas y resultados positivos en la gestión de respuesta ante emergencias.- Adecuación en la gestión de requerimientos legales de la organización con avances en más del 52% en comparación a la gestión de años anteriores. - Activación del vivero de producción de árboles frutales y ornamentales, incluyendo la reproducción de palma Moriche (Mauritia flexuosa) como parte del programa de gestión ambiental y relacionamiento institucional de la organización, mantenimiento de morichales, con más de 5.000 plantas en inventario para el cierre del 2.021.

- Design, implementation, and control of the environmental management plan adjusted to the operating license of the companies Fibranova C.A., Oxinova C.A., Andinos C.A., and Terranova de Venezuela S.A., (MASISA Venezuela)- Implementation, monitoring, and oversight of the ISO 14001:2008 Environmental Management System and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) for the industrial and forestry activities of the organization.ACHIEVEMENTS: - Reduce waste shipments from industrial operations to landfills by 96% between 2011 (average 321 tonnes/month) and 2015 (average 11,5 tonnes /month).- Increase by 40% the result of the indicator "waste disposal in landfills", reaching 96% of the target for 4 consecutive years. - Restoring greenspaces by planting 11.000 trees, including the participation of the business volunteer program. - Participation in the Enterprise Exchange Program "INDEPENDENCE" project in the factories of MDF (Ponta Grossa), MDP (Montenegro), MASISA BRASIL.
