I spent over 14 years at John Deere Mexico and US managing different roles in Manufacturing & Engineering, Operations, Quality, Program Management and New product development with a diversify team. After been with a great team, I was ready for a new challenge, and I got a call from Astec Industries and asked me to come build Procurement Global Sourcing strategy to provide solutions for the Astec manufacturers. As Global Category Manager, Fabrication, I’m creating and implementing Global Category Strategies ensuring alignment with the company vision of Simplify, Focus and Grow. This unique position will create a master architecture that connects that dots into needs of the company by providing them global supply options for cost reduction and increase margin.
