- Lead ELSS VSM, 5S+ and Standard Work events, Kaizen Events/RIES/BPIs leveraging other Lean tools as needed.- Manage Plant Cost Out Governance- Contribute to the development of CI strategic initiatives and business case elements related to cost, quality, and KPIs.- Lead and participate in activities to improve Manufacturing/Business processes using lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Business Process Improvement.- Lead the CIF and Eaton Lean Six Sigma deployment to integrate organizational goals.- Lead and facilitate many structured problem solving events using techniques (A3, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.), including Kaizens, RIES, etc.- Lead and monitor plant-wide ELSS training program; Conduct training for most of the Lean tools using Eaton standard training materials; Provide guidance on Lean Tools training for area of responsibility.- Lead and Coach CI Team (+15) in order to achieve plant and department goals

• Time study and production line balancing.• Execution of validations for the transfer of new products (Process & equipment: IQ, OQ).• Execution of engineering test Reports (ETR's).• Support in continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, increase quality standards and develop manufacturing processes
