Currently working as a Global Category Manager for Labor Category within the Information Technology and Services industry, performing strategic sourcing, vendor management, saving enablement focusing on contingent labor, infrastructure, applications, recruiting and field services.Main accomplishments:• I developed a Field Services Rate benchmark database from the different accounts, which has been very useful to analyze the competitiveness of the historical and the new deals rates.• During FY23 and FY24 I have developed the strategy and executed strategic RFI and RFP for Depot Services for US and Canada, in support of DWS Organization that will drive savings, contract terms standardization and ultimately will help solution new deals and optimize services delivery on current customer accounts.• On Aug 2023, I was awarded with the "CFO Award" for my achievements within the Labor Category for the Supplier's transition and negotiations that avoided potential services disruption and helped NTT DATA reduce costs and improve contract terms on a key account for the Global Field Services Organization.

I work for the Merger, Acquisition, Divestiture and Outsourcing (MADO) Team within Supply Chain where I have worked on different Integrations and Divestitures.
