CurrentCurrently working at AEL Sistemas (Elbit Systems subsidiary). Mechanical Engineer designer of Electronic Equipment from conceptual design to production, field support and assistance on production line for repairing and aircraft upgrading. Development of mechanical solutions along with multidisciplinar enginnering teams. Conducting studies into potential engineering solutions, including 3D modelling, environmental, stress and thermal analysis. Responsible for conducting qualification tests under MIL-STD-810 conditions. Production variety of detailed reports including interface installation, load reports, non-conformity reports, Service Bulletins, Engineering Changing Order/Requests. Production and deliver design review presentations. Modeling mechanical parts, subassemblies, manufacturing drawings, define material, coating, painting to comply with customer requirements. Evaluation and design for commercially solution within the given parameters whilst optimizing manufacturing processes. Prepare documents for retrofit and modifications design. Producing and maintaining engineering drawings under ASME Y14.100. Organizing and participating in Design Reviews throughout each phase of new product. Mechanical POC for Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, First Article Inspection and program reviews. Contact with customers and suppliers. Ensure the successful integration of each design element with the product as a whole, following and contributing to the development of the Best Practice guidelines.
