About Ricardo Luchsinger

Thanks to the different positions and companies during my professional career, I have excellent knowledge, from development and support to sales and implementation of software systems. During this time, I was working in software support myself, but, as a team manager, I also had the chance to develop my skills in leading teams. During my career, I was also responsible for customer acquisition (hot and cold) and further developing the customer portfolio.
