Managing a portfolio of Swiss Multinationals, alongside Swiss subsidiary clients of large foreign groups.Responsibilities include developing business opportunities, both in Switzerland and internationally, across the full Cash Management product set.

- Lead, organise and coordinate team's activity while ensuring objectives are achieved and contributing to the performance of BNP Paribas' Client Services- Analyse, control and report on team's activity- Teammanagement

1. Provide administrative support to Cash Management Sales– Writes 1st drafts of cash-management contracts (on the basis of local templates)– Prepares and updates cash-management products related marketing materials (on the basis of templates that have to be customized to each territory, etc.)– Collect and keep up to date information and statistical data which can be useful to monitor the Cash Management activity (regulatory reporting, market intelligence).– Provides Client Service's polyvalent officer with client conditions for account opening process when special conditions were granted or fill in and maintain a dedicated client special conditions database/file for CM products if any– Follow up of the implementation of new functionalities or products in the payments or reporting system– Follow up of the migration to new version of products– Collect and maintain documentation for CM clients, monitor pending documentation and perform client chasing2. Provides clients with cash-management support– Set up new CM product for clients and help them resolve issues regarding registration and first steps of use of the products.– Train clients on CM products (by phone tool training when applicable)– As an expert within the CSD team, be the second line of support for clients having a problem with one of their Electronic Banking systems– Liaises with other internal parties for more complex clients issues in which case the CMTO will remain the responsible person in charge of the final answer to the client– Perform help desk tasks for internal clients for administrative or basic business queries regarding CM activities.– Inform clients of identified incidents and communicate with different 2nd level supports to solve incidents.– Act as a key person for all internal communication processes between different departments within the Territory and/or the head Office in Paris when they are related to Cash Management technicalities.

- Structuring of EB solution with Customer- Co-ordinating visits together with ACMA/ GCM- Installation of solution where required with customer- Collection of customer data- 1st level support for EB- Initiation of customer set-up on the Bank server- Set-up of EB processes and continuous improvement- Implementation of new services if/ when required- Managing administrative process including contracts- Maintaining statistics and MIS reporting on implementation and issues- Resolving outstanding issues together with third parties - Co-ordination of new EB related projects specifically: Fortis Connect- Build up an EB support desk and accordingly services- Testing- Bring into production- Initiation of new projects related to EB if/ when required- Initiation of new functionalities related to PAY via Change Requests- Project management work with relation to Mid Office / Branch needs

– Structuring of ERP solution and roll-out with customer.– 1st level support for ERP system.– Software product client training.– Structuring interfaces between different systems (ASCII, XML, etc.).– Maintenance of the Datacenter.

– 1st level support for business management software.– Responsible for testing new versions of the ERP-System.– Responsible for client training on the software (business management software).
